Getting the right education is crucial for profitability.



We offer full-service training based on your business needs.

Digital Thermal Transfer Printing technology is easy to use. However, on-going instruction on the latest short cuts, tips, and techniques will help you stay at the front of the pack.

We have professional instructors with over 50 years of combined trade experience who can train your staff on the hardware, software, and production processes.

You don't need to have a printing or creative background to be a production success.

Each system is supported first by us "the solution providers."

Furthermore, each component in the solution is backed up by support from factory engineers. We provide first line support because we usually understand your unique business, procedures, and applications better than the factory engineers or tech support people do. And in many cases calling us first can save you money.

Technical phone support is funded by profits from your material purchases. Phone support from specialists is at no charge when we are receiving your material purchases. Those material purchases will also count towards credits for fee-based classes or on-site training visits.

Sometimes our customers need help training their sales or marketing staff on their new found capabilities. We have extensive experience in that capacity, and are interested in all the components that contribute to your success.

Training Classes:
Specific training classes are available on subjects such as:

  • Marketing the unique capabilities of thermal transfer printing
  • Basic Training - Boot Camp
  • Scanning and cleaning up vector art and images
  • Laminating- Laminates, Benefits, and Techniques
  • Kiss Cutting, Die Cutting, and Back Slitting
  • Estimating for Costs and Profits
  • Database Merging, Bar Coding, and Consecutive Numbering

We are glad to help... and it's how we get to talk to you, find new tips, develop helpful procedures, and unique material combinations.

There is no such thing as a stupid question. We are constantly researching and developing solutions based on our client's (your) needs.

So ask the impossible... maybe it isn't.

Are you asking yourself, "Who's going to run it?"
It might seem obvious, but "someone who really wants the job." Sometimes it's the person with the graphics or CAD background. But often times it is a person looking for a change, a new challenge, and who believes in the technology.

Candidates should be mechanical and understand the production needs of the company.

Although you try to pick a person who won't depart from the job, sometimes it is necessary to train new people for the operator position. Fee based re-training or follow-up instruction is always available on-site our at our facility.
