GerberColor foils are calibrated. What does that mean?... In a nutshell it means that Gerber has taken the time to test and then program the optimum print setting profile for each foil color and material combination into the Gerber Omega software. The benefit you see from that testing is that Omega software will automatically select the heat, speed, and pressure settings for the material you tell it you're using. Third party foils cannot offer you this benefit. Print spot, metallic, and process colors on self adhesive vinyl, industrial polyester, magnetic, holographic, and reflective materials. From decals for vehicles to labels for industrial products, window, floor graphics and ad specialties, the opportunities to produce informational and decorative markings are unlimited. PMS Color Matching: Gerber's Omega Software has built in Pantone-approved simulations of solid Pantone colors. Only Gerber brand foils can take advantage of the PMS color matching capabilities of Gerber Omega software. When matching colors, the printed result is solid color. No dot pattern is visible unless the operator purposely chooses a screen of one of the colors. As a GMS customer, we can teach you how to use this and other techniques to enhance your business. No worries about settings or compatibility, just predictable and durable results. Send your design to the Gerber Edge or FX, slide in a Gerber cartridge and go... GerberColor foils are developed with the durability to withstand harsh exterior and industrial environments, including abrasion and UV exposure.
