Some of our customers run hundreds of Duracoat ribbons through their EDGE's every month. "It's just like running a different brand of vinyl, not a problem" says one of our customers. And Duracoat guarantees against harm to your Edge.

Printing Recommendations:
These ribbons require less printhead energy to print. In order to obtain optimum print quality, we recommend changing the printhead settings from normal to one of the lighter settings.

Cleaning Recommendations:
Before each use, it is recommended to clean the printhead with a 99% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) soaked swab. This will remove any dust or debris on the printhead and provide a better print quality.

What to watch out for:
Use the lightest settings in the plot program when printing on Static Cling. Test the print quality on static cling before commiting to the job.

Safety Colors:
Golden yellow, tomato red, leaf green, and bright blue are accepted for use as safety colors in Europe.

Shipping and Storage Recommendations:
Recommended shipping conditions for up to one month duration are: -5ºC (23ºF) to 45ºC (113ºF) at 20% to 80% relative humidity. To ensure the cartridge’s performance, the suggested storage conditions for up to one year durations are: -5ºC (23ºF) to 40ºC (104ºF) at 20% to 80% relative humidity. The cartridges should remain wrapped in its original packaging and should be stored out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
