First Step...
Take a look at this entry page and follow the easy the steps
highlighted in red to create an estimate. It takes just seconds
to enter this information. More about what those steps mean below.



Notice the four tabs at the bottom left of the Entry Page. They represent the four parts of the program.

A: Just enter the minutes you think it will take to set the job up on the computer. If you are "Designing" the job and would like to charge a different rate for design time, then enter the time under "Creative Time."
B: Enter the Quantity, and measurements of the graphic in these three cells.

C: This is the "Status Bar, which is displayed no matter what page (tab) you are on." The estimate is already starting to build before your eyes. Located at the right is the total wholesale price along with the wholesale for each piece and your total cost.
In the center the total retail price and the retail price for each piece is also displayed.
Located on the left, the total system time and job time are displayed. The system time is the time spent on the computer (setup), plus the actual run time of the printer and cutter.
