The FC4100-75 was designed to achieve the versatility required by today's most sophisticated sign-makers and screen printers, and yet to also provide the ease-of-use essential for new and occasional users.



You know who you are! You need to cut or plot on all kinds of media -- sometimes all of them in a single afternoon! One minute you're cutting vinyl, then fluorescent vinyl, reflective film, sandblast resist rubber, photo masking film, and even cutting or pouncing on paper!

The FC4100-75 automatically senses when the blade tip is in slight contact with the media surface and accurately aligns the cutting blade angle before proceeding with the cutting operation. This sophisticated feature completely eliminates distorted, rounded, or lifted corners on the final output, which is commonly experienced with the other swivel blade cutters when cutting thick material and intricate designs.

The newly developed intelligent firmware, coupled with the all new precision electro-mechanical components, enables the FC4100-75 to maintain its top speed and acceleration settings without sacrificing the highly intricate design cutting quality. The innovative closed-loop-servo tool actuator supports Graphtec's proprietary Soft-Landing Intelligence which ensures quick, precise, and gentle tool contact with the media surface during up/down motions.
