Does mounting and laminating in the same pass interest you?

It is an ideal laminator for pressure sensitive application of hot or cold laminates up to 60" wide. And you can mount or mount and laminate in a single pass up to 1/2 inch thick!

Laminate Large Graphics with film up to 10 mil. thick. Lexan, Polyesters, Application Tapes and Transfer Adhesives are just some of laminates we carry for use with the Workhorse.

42 and 60 inch wide laminators
Laminate at up to 12 feet per minute.
You can mount with hot or cold adhesives up to 1/2 inch thick.
Simultaneously mount and laminate.
It operates on 220 volts, 30 amps.

OPTIONS:
Roll feed assembly for laminating long images.

Release Liner takeup to remove pressure sensitive adhesive release liner.

Standard Features:
Quality silicon rubber laminating rollers release materials easily and maintain flexibility for a good edge seal.

All rolls are driven to minimize lamination curl.

Pressure release control film makes it easier to clear film and allows the rollers to turn during warm-up.

Pull rolls can be used as laminating rolls if the laminating rolls are damaged.

Variable speed operation for mounting or laminating different thicknesses of film.

Swing away heaters make laminating rollers easy to clean and many cold materials easier to use.

Large feed tray for easier handling of large graphics.
