Ledco designed this
latest laminator with 27 years of pouch laminator experience behind it.
They simplified the controls and created an improved film path to eliminate
many of the operator errors associated with pouch laminators.
What
is a pouch?
A pouch is a combination of a heat activated board on the bottom and an
overlaminate flap. It can also be two films bottom and top. Below is a
picture of the pre-made boards called pouches.
You see here that we slipped a print into the pouch. You then run it through
the machine, shown top left.
Mount
up to 1.5" thick.
Adjustable
Position Laminating Rollers
provide a range of roller openings (from fully closed to 1.5",
with 10 increments in between), to allow lamination of almost any practical
substrate up to 1.5"in thickness.
Preset Lamination Pressure and Speed
make the laminator easier to use and eliminate many potential sources
of problems.
Enclosed Lamination Rollers
conserve energy, protect the rollers from accidental damage, and function
as a general safeguard.
Adjustable Heat Controller
allows lamination with a wide variety of substrates, laminates, and applications
(temperatures range from 200 to 400 degrees F).
