The first ever all digital, 12" wide,
4, 5 or 6 color Thermal Transfer printer.

NO Films

NO Plates

NO Dies

NO Make-Ready

NO Clean-Up

NO PROBLEM

The Spring 12 is a 12" wide fully digital production system for creating short run labels and decals from one to thousands. Use process or the 15+ spot colors including metallic gold & silver, opaque white, double bump black and many more.

The Spring 12 has the best output of the thermal transfer printers. On process color work it can hold a 5% dot at 120 line screen.
This gives you better color matching capabilities at higher resolutions. It also allows for finer detail in the highlights and shadows of color photos.

The Spring 12 is also the most economical thermal resin transfer printer using ribbons that cost half of what comparible ribbons for the Gerber cost. It even beats the Spark by a good margin.

Take your printed labels to the Digital Finishing System
to laminate, die-cut, strip, slit and rewind your printed labels in minutes.

And Now the New Pro Sheeter is here.
The new Pro Sheeter is the end to all your hand cutting piece work.

You can service all your customer's short run needs with variable speeds and resolutions.
Print decorative wine bottle labels to simple black and white name plates. Use resolutions of 1600x400, 1200x400, 800x400, 400x400, and 200x400. The lower the resolution, the faster it will print. For instance, simple safety labels may be printed at 400x200 at 177 inches per minute (14.75 ft. per min., 885 ft. per hr.).

New Re-registration eye.
Another improvement and option for the Spring is the ability to register to pre-printed media. Whether you want to print more than 6 colors on the Spring (running it through twice), or you want to imprint variable data onto longer runs of pre-printed flexo rolls, it works great.

The Red Arrow shows the re-registration eye, which is
mounted on a slide rail for easy positioning.

The Spring 12 comes standard with it's own RIP station running on WIN XP with step and repeat functions. It receives eps, tiff, and pdf files. A robust variable data program is available as an option.

The Spring Pro includes the Re-registration eye and the Variable Data software.

The In-feed will take a 20" outside diameter roll. The in-feed comes standard with an antistatic ionizer and vacuum station (vacuum not included). There is an optional "cap-stripping" station that removes any protective liner just prior to the anti-static/vaccum station...(click on the pic at the top).
