Wet Look laminate comes in 1 or 2 mil. It's shown being laminated to samples.

Wet Look Laminate has become popular for its super high-gloss finish, durability, protective qualities, and great price.

Just laminate over the top of your printed graphics and then load it into your cutter and cut the finished labels, decals, or graphics.

It's so easy to cut that no significant increase of force is needed on your cutter.

Applications: Wet Look polyester is able to withstand 300+ degree temperatures, which make it a better choice than vinyl or paper for industrial applications such as brand identification, warning labels, name plates and asset tags.

Pair Wet Look laminate with compatible base polyester films for UL recognized durable labels. Wet look will not work well with vinyl or other materials that shrink. Polyester films such as Wet Look are dimensionally stable and will not shrink with the vinyl.

Five Year UV Wet Look: This laminate is also available in a 5 year UV durable 1 mil film.

Formats: High-Bond polyesters are stocked in formats for the Gerber and Matan printers. Spec sheets are sent with each roll and MSDS's are available upon request.

Recognized by UL Become a recognized printer

UL Recognition: Graphic Marking Systems now has UL recognition on 7 High-Bond polyesters with Gerber foils, Duracoat foils, and Matan foils. This means that the ribbons are recognized "in combination" with GMS polyesters. They are also recognized "in combination" with GMS laminates such as GMS Wet Look and Matte polyester.

What is UL Recognition? UL recognition means that Underwriters Laboratories has performed durability and/or tolerance tests and have documentation to back it up. Periodic testing keeps the recognition up to date. Therefore UL recognizes that the claims of product durability and readability are as stated. Consumer products that are UL recognized are often required to use UL recognized label materials.
